Once again Takealot can't honour their word

I purchased a TV stand that was on special (marked down from R500 to R90). When the item arrived, I received just a piece of the TV stand (one of the arms). I went back to check the item and it definitely was a full TV stand with *****s, wall bracket, etc. This was fine as I just asked for them to send the correct one (replacement).

This was fine, and then suddenly they said, they are going to give a refund. I proceeded to say that I don't want a refund, I want the product that I ordered. They then proceeded to tell me that that would be fine, but I would have to wait 3-5 working days as the item had to be ordered from the supplier. A few days later, I was informed that I wouldn't be getting the replacement, and they would just refund me (without my consent).

I purchased this item because it was on special at a great price. Takealot probably realised that they had made a mistake and tried to cover it up. I would like my item I paid for, not a refund...
