Once again I don't get everything I paid for

<p>Why is it that I keep on not getting what I paid for from TakeALot? This is getting tedious - just send me what I paid for - it's not rocket science. <br /><br />Do you have a checklist that you can use to check that everything that's supposed to be in the box, is actually there?</p>
