Once again bad service from takealot

I recently order two boxes of nappies from takealot, on the same day and the same order, yet they delivered only one of the boxes, I phoned them today to ask about the other box and they said they will call me back shortly, Still no phone call.... Not to talk about the delivery guy that sent me 10 please calls me's so I can phone him, for him to tell me he is at my gate.... <br> <br> This is it not the first time I have has an issue with delivery, the last time they just never delivered until I had to phone them, and let them know my order has not been delivered, only then did they sort it out with haste.<br> <br> As I told them in my previous complaint, Should my issue not be sorted within reasonable time, I will resort to social media.<br> <br>
