On sale or system glitch
For those of you who like shoppping for sales on [URL Removed] you may just be wasting your time. I became aware of items which were significantly reduced! I placed an order and made the deposit. When I tried tracking my order it was cancelled. I queried this and was informed it was a price glitch and sorry for the inconvenience. So basically the question is can you rely on their systems and prices?? and do they have any commitment to actually fulfill their orders??? I'd venture to say no and no to both

We completely understand and apologise for the disappointment this situation has caused. An inadvertent error caused certain products from our camping and outdoor section to be shown as available and at an incorrect price. We are regrettably not able to fulfil orders that were placed for these items and therefore had to cancel them. The immediate and electronic nature of our business unfortunately allows for errors such as these to occur and we therefore make provision for this in our terms and condition.
This is by no means an excuse for the bad experience this has led to, but simply an explanation. We are compensating all affected customers for the disappointment caused and are in the process of reaching out to them as we speak.
Our complaints team has not been able to get through to you on the number provided and have sent you an email to which you can reply at your soonest convenience.
