ON LINE SERVICE NOT GOOD

I feel I must report really poor service received from these providers which i have just recently experienced !! i ordered 4 items and when eventually received delivery only received 2 of the items out of the the 4 !!! ONE ITEM NEVER EVEN ARRIVE THE OTHER ITEM PACKLED BADLY AND DAMAGED !! And trying to report it was also i nightmare !! Eventually had emails from 2 people from the supplier the about 4 emails asking for our view on their service before the original order rectified which took more than a while !! the way of reporting the problem on line is a pain the butt as the wording doesn't allow you say what the problem is and what you wanting to report on !! Anyway it was eventually sorted out with an apology that i accepted but now reluctant and hesitant to order from again because of what I experienced with just 4 items !! Imagine if it had been 2 items or even more than 4 !! Not good especially having top be forced to order on line due to this pandemic lock down fiasco !!
