Old Phone sold by Takelot

I bought an iPhone XR 256GB from Takealot on the 26th May 2022. - When the phone started giving me problems, i took it to iStore Repair Centre at Cresta Mall on the 30th January 2023. - I was informed that my phone is out of warranty since it is older than 1 year. - They informed me that my phone was purchased from Telkom and activated on the 22 December 2018.

Conclusion: - Takealot sold me an old phone under disguised as new. They refused to change or refund me. I have documents and emails to confirm all the above.
