Old packaging

Good day, I have just recently ordered a book and a watch on the takealot website. <br> I had bought the watch (Bad girl) to give as a gift. <br> I was so disappointing that when I received the watch it was in a pink old box. it was wrapped around a black cushion which had white fur all over it. It looked dirty.<br> I then received an email to rate their service on the recent service with them. I did and I stated the nature of my complaint. nothing was done. <br> I received yet another email to rate their service and for the second time I stated my problem and till today nothing has been done.<br> <br> How am I now going to give out that gift when it looks like I have bought it two years back<br> <br> Below is my order number.<br> Order # ***<br>
