Okay service

I recently bought Pioneer HDJ x5 headphones from Takealot. They were scheduled to arrive in 5 days yet they arrived 2 days early. This was both a pleasant surprise as I was happy that they arrived that early, but at the same time I wondered what would have happened if I wasn’t at home to receive them as they did not communicate in time that my order would arrive sooner than expected.

My headphones unfortunately broke 2 months later. I returned them with the hope of getting new ones but my request was unsuccessful. I was disappointed because I had only been using them for a short amount of time. However, their service was quite efficient and customer friendly. Overall, Takealot is a trustworthy online store. I would recommend it as long as you take care of the stuff you buy from them because they’re quite strict when it comes to returns.
