Okay Seriously!! this is bull****!!

I ordered a Stationary Pack for Grade 123, which I paid 499 for, I received a Stationary Pack for Grade 4 and 5 which is R450 on your website. I then returned it to you guys so that I get the one that I paid for. You credited my account with 499, I re-ordered the correct stationary pack and have just received the 450 one again!!! ***??????? Seriously.... I ****ing paid R499, NOT R450!!!!!! Aaaaarrrggg you guys a ****ing me offf..... Is somebody in your warehouse that Stupid!!!!!
