OK Service Experience

Been using TakeALot a wile now and mostly order items I usually can't source locally. I usually get my items delivered within a week or so and has never really bothered me as I do understand that there is at warehouse and to sourced by warehouse items that gets collected and shipped out as one order so ya, satisfied with a acceptable level of service, nothing special. Although this past week I for the first time ordered a large item and collected it from the Polokwane collection point. What a let down... Staff are very un-engaging to the point of being unfriendly. My box was pushed on the floor all the way from the back of the warehouse and was not loaded on a small dally and when I asked if the warehouse guy from the back can help me load the item in my car I was told that's not his work. Ya...

Bring a way to move your own item if you collect from Polokwane's site and really don't look at the place. It's bland and really a pretty bland and boring experience but it's a transport business and guess you can't expect to much.

As I say, service is OK. The drivers that dropped items off previously is fine. Pricing is OK, you do pay a bit more in some cases for the convenience but that's also OK. In general it's OK dealing with TakeALot, nothing spectacular, reasonably affiance from my experience.
