Off to Amazon from now on

I ordered a Kreepy Krauly Viper Edition for R2417. Takealot sent me a standard Kreepy Krauly. I returned it, specifying that i wanted the correct item (not a refund). Takealot refunded me R1917. I called to complain, and they said it was not in stock. I could clearly see the item in stock online. They said they would escalate it. Then they removed R1772 of my credit, to be transferred into my account.

I have requested to be called numerous times to sort this ****show out.

UNBELIEVABLE lack of attention, and total carelessness.
