Oder number *** takealot delivery

I wrote a review about takealot delivery and am writing another one I ordered on the 6th of June a baby piano gym and my delivery date was 13 June. 13 June passed my order keep on being transferred from one courier to the other today it's the 20th still have not received my order no update on the app no calls or emails telling you what is wrong.. maybe it's because am black and from township if it was my centurion work address it was gonna be delivered.. order number ***
