NWU and takealot

Good day, I am a distance student at the puk and I've been waiting for my study material over a month. The university says that it's our own responsibility to do the assignments and assessments given but none of us can do it without any study material. We have tests due this week en assignments that we need to do and we need our books to do it. I am very worried tht some of us might fail because we cannot complete our necessary work without our books. Takealot is supposed to deliver our books but I've been waiting for weeks for them to come back to me but I've heard nothing back regarding my study material. It's not only me, there are countless students waiting for their books and we do not know what to do about this situation.
