Nutritech whey protein already opened and half filled

My fiancee ordered 4 bottles of whey protein Thursday the 11th of December 2025 using her Takealot app. We received it this morning on the 13th of December, 3 of the bottles were full of powder on the outside when I opened the box, we found the 3 bottles to be only half filled? And worst of all it was not even the same product as advertised but we didn't even mind that as we just wanted our protein powder as soon as possible. But to find 3 of the 4 products to be already opened and only half filled is truly shocking. Very dissapointed in Takealot and to think I regularly purchased goods from them.
