Now what, must I try again from someone that can't deliver

I ordered a BT transmitter /receiver and added some other stuff to get free delivery. Takealot sent wrong product so I requested replace. Now Takealot says they don't have the product.

Does Takealot now give me free delivery to get product when ordering again?
