Takealot is fully responsible for our late deliveries, how do they goon working with such couriers, like I fail to understand how on earth is it right to seat and cancel all my appointment just to seat around and wait for this stupid couriers called fast and furious... Takealot don't give a damn about their customers,as long as we've paid that's it .. this is nonsense, either you change the couriers or cancel the damn order and give me back my money. imagine having to deal with such nonsense

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality

This is by far the worst courier company ever!! The driver is always late with deliveries without any proper excuse. Till to date I haven't received my order, I've been calling this stupid company since yesterday no one picks up or even bother to get back to me. I love to order from Takealot but if they continue to use fast and furious I will have to buy from another online company. They really do not live up to their name! Rather change it to SLOW & STUPID. I've stayed home 3days waiting for this stupidity.
