Notification of refund but no credits reflecting
As discussed, I am hellopetering you for not taking action on my calls regarding outstanding credit owing to me.<br> <br> I received an email informing me that return items RRN-27e2-be53 and RRN-4e36-9dbd were credited to my account. I called in earlier to ask about this refund but could not receive an adequate response from your team.<br> <br> I am still waiting for this credit to reflect on my account. your service is pathetic. I called in over 4 hours ago and this has still not been rectified. Kindly refund me in the next few hours as I want to make a purchase.

Thank you for taking our complaints team's call. RRN-27e2-be53 has already been processed and your account credited with the R40 this morning as per your request. We're busy processing the credit for RRN-4e36-9dbd. Once this is done credit to the amount of R238 will be added to your account. As per your request we'll arrange for the credit amount to be refunded to your credit card.
