NOTHING WORSE THAN TAKEALOT !!

If I can give Takealot a -10 rating I would do it in a heartbeat. They are truly pathetic. We joined the Seller Portal and because their service is so pathetic, we cancelled and requested for our stock to be returned. We received our stock back from Cape Town depot without problems. JHB cancelled my order, without any notice to collect the product and now I can not log a dispute for someone to help me further. They obviously love to do absolutely nothing to assist their resellers. We went straight to the JHB depot to request our product to return back to us ( with a RO number might I add ) and they just simply refused to check if I can retrieve my stock. So now I want to know, How the hell do they do business. Thank God Amazon is coming to SA, because I will NEVER support Takealot again with ANYTHING. They are worse that Eskom.
