Not worth the time

<p>Bought phones in February 2017 cash. One phone gave problems in June 2017 informed Takealot. The phone was collected and i was promised a new item because it was still under full guarantee. To date they are still replacing the item. 4 days in a row couriers advise me that the phone will be delivered to my address before and still no phone. Not even their Management can resolve the issue. Today i have had 6 emails sent to me confirming delivery and about 2 i was informed they cant deliver today. No customer service. A company run in chaos as far as i am concerned.</p>
