Not working air fryer

I bought an air fryer few weeks back, they delivered a wrong item, i called them n informed them that its bot the air fryer I ordered but ill take it. 4 days later the air fryer stopped working. Now they say their policy say if you accept a wrong item and use it, the write off the warranty you cant return it. Even if it worked for 4 days and I immediately informed them and logged a return
