Not what it's claimed to be.

I returned a KSTAR Powercom 2000VA in April it was purchased November last year. When it was first in use when loadshedding started up again this year this KSTAR was great giving keeping me powered up for the 2.5 hour duration of loadshedding, when eskom put our power back there were still power bars showing that there was still power in the box..in early April the KSTAR was only delivering 45 minutes of power then it would die. No more power...I have been having the most horrible experience trying to get the issue resolved by takealot with many emails and many phone calls....todate nothing resolved..how disappointing takealot now has my money and the goods that KSTAR that has been returned. What now.
