Not what it used to be.

I used to swear by this company. At one time I even thought this could be Africa's [URL Removed] Boy was I so wrong. If its not on a daily deal promo, they probably don't have the item. Be warned!<br> <br> 1. Placed an order for this item Asus DSL-N14U Wireless ADSL Router DSL-N14U on the 8th of Feb.<br> 2. If you look at the product page, you will see it states \Shipped in 5 to 7 working days\"<br> 3. It also has 3-star rating and 16 reviews.<br> <br> Clearly this is a popular item. So I placed the order and paid for it. I am still waiting for delivery of this item. Checked order tracking and it states expected delivery date is now \"22 Feb\" That's an additional 7 days from what is stated on the product page!<br> <br> I have emailed customer support and they haven't been of any help. I am not a happy customer anymore.<br> <br> Don't make the same mistake I made with this order. They will take your money and you will not see your purchase. They will not give your money back either, instead they will give you a voucher which you will have to spend on their website.<br> <br> I should have chosen cash on delivery or ordered this item from somewhere else. They just took a lot of my time and money. Standards have dropped drastically."
