Not what I ordered and no feedback for 2 weeks

I have ordered storage cubes from Takealot. I had to take 4 and 2 seperately. When my order arrived, I received the 2 boxes and the "4" boxes was flat storage boxes for drawers. I returned the order and received a credit as the 4 boxes was out of stock. Went online and ordered the 4 boxes again, which DID NOT show out of stock, had to pay delivery fee AGAIN only to receive the same flat drawer storage boxes.... I again lodged a return, tomorrow would be 2 weeks and NO FEEDBACK from takealot whatsoever! This really upsets me as it is poor service and extremely frustrating. I would love my money back so I can order somewhere else!
