Not what I ordered!

I ordered a playpen for our little one. The playpen was on special for almost R500 less than the normal price. They delivered the package today and it is not at all the same product. This one comes with 50 ***** and is almost half the height and size of the product I ordered online. It is of no use to me now as my little one will be able to climb over this height with ease. I requested a refund, but now I will not be able to order the product I wanted in the first place for the same price because the spesial is over. Takealot made a fault and now I must pay for the mistake they made.
