Not what I ordered

I ordered a product and did not receive what I have ordered to me it was false advertising that they did and now they keep telling me they will fetch it and refund me but evrytime I get a sms saying "pick up has been delayed and will be rescheduled" it has been over 3 weeks now I feel cheated and they are doing nothing about it and have expressed my disappointment with them but feel like they don't care as long as they got paid.
