NOT Treating customers fairly.

I love buying from takealot and it's convenient even when buying things for my mother in limpopo they deliver. Unfortunately with this one product I'm truely disappointed. Having the same product returned twice and everytime I get its been repaired but really product is of no great quality. In their emails they refer to terms and conditions when one reads them and asks question get standard reply but not the answer to the question. They have no TCF on afersles at all. Truely disappointed even if they rely on the 3rd party supplier they need to read and answer all questions posed.
