not treated well

<p>Beware of takerlot deliveries I have recieved books damaged pages and miss printed . when I returned a book with damaged cover and bent pages then said I damaged the book which is not true as I opened the parcel and closed it when I saw the condition of the book, Unfortanatley I did not take any photos at the time. They refuse to credit my account and returned the book to me. Hope no one else has the same experience. Thank you</p>
