Not to happy

SO I purchased 2 items - 1 Hotwheels - 2 power ranger action figure...

This was for my son's birthday and he is crazy about Powerangewrs - as kids his age are...

So only 1 item was delivered and it was not the Power ranger - I had to look my son in the eyes on his birthday and tell him sorry - your dad suck!!!

Look I know these things happen and I am not upset about that I am upset with the lack of communication regarding this as I could have made other plans...
