Not the service I expect from Takealot

I have been a client of Takealot for the better part of a decade. On the occasion the item delivered is not the same as what is advertised, and paid for. Generally the issue is resolved the same day within hours of receiving the item back at their facility, but this is however not the case in this instance! The item received back 08:18 yesterday at their facility, and yet the issue has not been resolved. I have opened several queries with no feedback! If this is how Takealot is going to start running their business and frustrate loyal customers, many like myself will now start looking at Amazon as an alternative! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!
