Not the norm

It breaks my heart to complain about the company I've come to love so much. Normally the service is exceptional all round but my latest return has really been poor. After logging the return the same day the item arrived and the parcel being collected a couple days later, it's taken almost a week to credit my profile.....its not like I was wanted a refund, I still want to spend the money with Takealot. Please can you sort this out asap. Tried calling numerous times and haven't gotten anywhere. RRN-7b15-28eb
