Not taking responsibility.

The product I ordered was on sale, this was the CAT Active Urban CASE. Instead I revieved the CAT Active Urban TEMPERED GLASS SCREEN SHIELD. Two completely different product. Takealot states that the item I wanted is not available and therefore credited my account.

The Item that I wanted still shows as listed on the website but not on the sale price. Takealot doesn't want to take responsibility of their third-party sellers and purely just dismiss the issue instead of owning up, this statement from Takealot: "We do apologise for the bad experience as this is not the service we provide to our customers.", is a lie.

In layman's terms, takealot listed a golden nugget, when I got my order it was a turd labeled as a gold nugget.
