Not taking ownership

Pathetic service. Ordered an item at a specific price. 6 Days later i get a message the item is out of stock but when i ordered they had stock. Who in this day and age takes 6 days to say they don't have stock of an item and conveniently 1 day before shipping. The supplier sent the item so it was not that the item was out f stock but a problem with the supplier and the warehouse. Now they made the item available and the price increased by R450 from the original price. So nobody wants to take responsibility for this and expect the customer to pay the shortfall for the item. You can keep it for all i care. the worst customer service and because i have a gift voucher that was paid for , i cannot get a cash back. I am forced to use it @ Takealot which gives **** service. I don't know whether i will even get a response to this message as they never get the messaage to call back. #PatheticService
