Not Takealot it's more like Givealittle

I placed an order with Takealot in the 26th Nov and because my order was close to a R900 I decided I will have them deliver it, mind you some of the things were Xmas gifts for kids, today it's the 17th December and I got one of my things cancelled in my order, no customer service number to call or anyone calling me if there was an alternative I would choose, I tried responding to that email, I got an automated response advising that that particular email address no longer works, there is no way of contacting them and asking if I could collect instead and when logging onto my app today I realised delivery has now been moved from 21 December to 04 Jan 2023, no notification or email about it are you kidding me!!!!!
