Not sure what else to do anymore?

<p>Since 10 Dec we have been awaiting an order. The app didn't update the address appropriately and it went twice to the incorrect address with no contact to check in. After 5 relatively long conversations plus emails with apologetic call center consultants plus also escalating to management and a promise to deliver today 19 Dec it still has not arrived. Starting to wonder if it ever will make it before Christmas. A couple of people are going to miss out on gifts if that's the case. Not much a of a Christmas spirit. </p>
