Not so honest when it comes to returning damaged goods

After I explicitly described how our "quite expensive" cookware paint comes off... they are very quick to say "return concluded" while in fact the cookware has barely been used and now the so called rosegold non stick pots and pans look horrible as display cookware.. I had sent photos, I wrote emails and completed all the necessary returns procedure and what do they say... return concluded
