Not so good anymore

I have been ordering from Takealot for years but these days there quality control is very bad. I order a new Table from them came broken scratched and very dirty just closed in glad rap ……….There returns work well but at the end of the day from ordering to getting your money back takes about 2 weeks….and that is a bi problem…….Not sure if I can keep on supporting them……
