NOT SO DAMN GOOD!

I placed a order yesterday, making sure everything I order is IN STOCK in Cape Town, so that I could pick it up on the day at the warehouse. When I got to the warehouse one item was not released by the financial department, which I could understand because I paid for it in full with the other product (there was no email to tell me that my one item isn't available). To my surprise there was NO stock, which means it's false advertising. After trying to figure out how the system shows one in stock, but there is nothing I left (more than 5 hours after I placed the order)and it still said there IS stock in CPT and I just checked now a DAY later and it is STILL in stock!! Apparently they have ordered new stock from the supplier and will let me know when I will get it, the email after that said it will be delivered when it get's to their warehouse, WHEN IS THIS?? no one can tell me. I think this is SUPER un professional and will NEVER again use TAKEALOT. Try saving time and order online, well you have NOT saved me time and actually just embarrassed me for not having a present for someone special today! PATHETIC!!!
