Not satisfied with their service

I ordered catering set on the 29.May .2026 it was scheduled for delivery on the 01st of June, yesterday i received an email saying they could not find my address i need to send location, i did, they were quiet until i phoned them i spoke to an agent called Thubelihle he advised that he will send my coordinates to the relevant department until 3pm there was no response. I phoned again spoke to Melani he advised coordinates were not updated wara wara , this morning i phoned again asked to speak to Melani he advised my order was sent into a wrong facility it is being rescheduled back to their ware house where they can deliver everywhere it will take about 2 to 3 days to be delivered, im so frustrated cos i have to wait for them the whole week , im working they are disturbing my schedules.
