Not satisfied with the product

I have been a customer for years with take a lot not even once I had any complains or anything but now I'm only requesting for them to assist they are jot able to I bought a baby bouncer as gift to someone so the baby was born now in August and the parent wanted to put together the bouncer since they want to use it one piece is missing and I'm told they won't change nor refund due to their 7 day policy not that I don't understand I do but this was a gift and one cannot really put that thing together until they need to use it and I'm told they will return in to me what should I do with it frame it or do what with it cause without that piece it won't work I wasted R500 I'm so not happy with the service and I'm being pushed from pillar to post and I'm the one who keeps asking for feedback.
