Not satisfied

I purchased a multifunctional chair for my baby on the 27 of April & on the 5 of May the delivery a wrong parcel and i immediately returned it and i was told to wait 3 to 5 working days the money will be returned into my account and whenever i call i get a different explanation 💔😭im so disappointed because when i called first they said the chair was out of stock so that’s why i got the wrong parcel ..
