Not satisfied

Good morning

I have a question. I bought a Amazon tablet at Takealot 2 weeks back. So it gives me problems, it is slow on network, doesn't want to download. Even tried to use it on my google account but still it doesn't serve it's purpose. I tried to return it. And they've been saying they will collect it on this date, when it's the date they reschedule it for another date. Just keep in mind I reported that before 7 days.

And now when I try to ask again to return it. It is return "Non-returnable items. But still they keep sending those rescheduled mgs.

Pity, now I don't see any option to lodge a complain.

Please help, what can I do in this case?.
