Not safe to buy electronics from Takealot.Com

I ordered an IPhone for my daughter's birthday. When I opened the box I received an Eye cream instead. I have received no support from Takealot to remedy this issue. I did not have a gift for my daughter for her birthday because of this pathetic service and Takealot only writes sorry but I have still not received this phone I ordered.
