Not replacing my lost item

I placed an order 25 Jul and 30th July only half my order was delivered with an entire box of things that I did not order As per their website they state one has to log a return for the items and then have it returned which is what I did within 2 days One item in particular was tablets and is a non returnable item so their system would not allow me to submit a return Fast forward 5 different agents and 2 weeks later some of my things were delivered and I am still waiting for this item to be delivered which was the most expensive in the order

The customer service is so appalling
