Not Reliable

I placed an order on Thursday and paid for it to be delivered on Friday as I was going on leave, they said they attempted delivery and I wasn't there which was a lie as I never got a phone call or a text about that. I called almost 7 times to their call center to inform them that if they can't deliver Friday I need a refund as I won't be there until mid Jan I'm on leave spoke to raffiq who sent an email of confirming he had sent a request for my order cancelation . Today I check the app the item has been delivered apparently signed by the security but I am not there and I don't even know this security I just need my refund please
