Not refunding my return

I have been struggling to receive my refund from takealot for almost a month now.

It took them almost 2 weeks to respond to me and now is continuing to go forward.

They say it's because of a seal of the package how am I supposed to check the product without opening the box there was absolutely no damages to the product. Now they are bringing up the next question why I took so long to return the item. According to what I have searched on the internet I have 6 months to return the product.

All other places Leroy and merlin makro ex does not worry about opened boxes what makes takealot so special that all of a sudden I damaged a product by opening a box.

I will not be shopping or supporting them again they are horrible to deal with.
