Not refunding full amount me for damaged item

Please be aware of what take alot is doing. So I ordered a few good from take a lot to the value of R976. They gave me a R250 voucher off for my first purchase which brought my total to R726 that I had to pay. I waited more than a week for the items, once received the Aquarium UV light which cost R490 was broken and damages and the package was open and it looks as if that item was already returned to them and they just packaged it for me as that exact same item is now "out of stock". I also ordered contact lenses which costs R198 which they show pictures in the adverti*****t of the contact lenses being blue. When I used the contact lenses there was hardly any change you could not see the difference in my eye colour. I filed for a return which they then collected the items. Today I received a "credit" of R240. When I called into the contact centre asking why I was told I'm not being refunded for the contact lenses which they have already collected. They also they deducted the R250 gift voucher from the R490 UV light. Please be aware of that take alot is doing. I was supposed to receive a refund of R688 but instead they refunded R240. I am so disgusted by their service and would like to make you aware of what is happening.
