Not refunding correct amounts!
Returned an item on order *** I bought for R149 but only refunded R49. I was next informed that Takealot does not stock item on order *** which was for R82 and I would be \refunded". I only got refunded R32. Is this the service to be expected from Takealot? Very disappointed!"""

We're sorry for the confusion caused w.r.t. your refunded amount. Takealot.com does not refund promotional coupons. As you used coupons on both these orders, you would not have received their value as part of your refund. Our returns team should have requested new coupons for you when the refund request was made. We appreciate you taking our complaints team's call & allowing them to rectify the situation. We'll also address this matter accordingly with our returns department.
