Not refunding cancelled orders

Support tickets get closed with no resolution. Support agents provide contradictory information. 1 agent says they couldn't process the refund and they want my bank details and statements (no way I'm sending a retail store my bank statements, you are not a Financial Services Provider and that is confidential information). Then another agent says the refund was processed but doesn't provide any proof.

I placed 2 orders and paid for them via MasterPass which clears instantly. The first order (***1) I requested to be cancelled and a credit was processed against my account (Ticket ***9). I used that credit to place order ***6 along with an additional payment of R102. Order ***6 was cancelled by Takealot with no valid reason. In the end, I did not receive a refund or usable credit towards a future order. I've essentially been "******" of R1201.
