Not receiving feedback - 20% discount voucher not working as advertised.

Not receiving any feedback for more than 24 hours after sending the following email via Takealot.com site;

Any further info you can give us ...: Hi, last night I attempted to place an order with the promotion code "RTN78H" on order "Order #***". The code did not take and I then tried to cancel the order and add the code again but kept on receiving error code is invalid. This promotion code was supposed to be valid until 12 o clock last night but it did not work. I would like the 20% discount app**** to my order. Please assist urgently.
