Not receiving EarPods and smart watch.

I am not happy with your service, firstly I ordered pop corn machine early this year and it couldn’t last a day it got broken, secondly I ordered EarPods with smart watch, Nivea lotion and washing powered. I did not receive my EarPods and watch, my Nivea got broken n messed the box, it’s just terrible.
